NASAOrion Undergoes Testing (5/13/2009)

A full-scale Orion model recently underwent testing at the Johnson Space Center in an anechoic chamber. Orion's antennas were tested in the chamber, which absorbs all sound waves and other electromagnetic energy. These tests were performed to more closely mimic the environment of space.
